Case reception and examination:
Acute hypertension often presents
with alarming symptoms that demand immediate attention. This case highlights
the rapid therapeutic action of Digitalis 30 in
a patient with severely elevated blood pressure and associated chest
constriction. I received this case at my morning clinic, on date 22/07/2026.
Patient entered in my clinic with anxious facial expression, when he is
greeting me, I immediately observed weakness in his voice, voice was low
pitched and Huskey.
I Asked to him, what problem you
have? he replied, I am feeling constrictive feeling in the est particularly in
close place. I recorded his blood pressure it was 200/110mmhg. this was a
case of acute hypertension. perhaps due to pulmonary congestion. his pulse was
120/minute, and SPO2 level was 98%.
Clinical presentation:
1. Patient was sitting before me, he is looking for tense,
anxiety can be clearly notice on the faces.
2. Because he was my old
patient, I can easily detect the change in the voice, his voice was low
pitched.
3. He his feeling Constrictive
feeling in the chest, with mild headache.
Clinical examination:
1. Blood pressure - 200/110mmhg.
2. SPO2 - 98%.
3. Pulse 120/minute.
Diagnosis:
Acute Hypertension - Yet he had lingering history of Pulmonary congestion in
close-warm room.
Prescription:
First prescription - Digitalis - 30 Single dose,
Prescription's base: - Although Digitalis is frequently indicated in cases of heart disease, its key guiding symptom is a slow and weak pulse. In this case, however, the patient did not exhibit a low pulse rate. Therefore, I proceeded to repertorize the case and selected two rubrics that corresponded most closely to the patient’s presenting symptoms and overall condition. Repertorium Publicum 0.9 was used.
